Basic service is transport-only: you are responsible for packing your items, loading them into the van, and unloading them at the destination. The driver will only help secure items inside the van with straps. Pro service is fully managed: we provide professional helpers, packing materials, handle all loading and unloading, and can even disassemble/reassemble furniture.
Q:How do you handle customs declarations after Brexit?
For relocations between the UK and EU, customs clearance is mandatory. We have a dedicated in-house customs department. We will guide you through creating a detailed inventory list, prepare the T1 transit form, and handle all import/export declarations at the borders so you don't face any delays.
Q:What is the weight limit for a minivan move?
Our standard Mercedes Sprinter vans have a volume capacity of up to 15 m³ and a payload weight limit of 1.2 tonnes (1200 kg). It is extremely important to declare any heavy items (over 50 kg) beforehand so we can ensure the vehicle is not overloaded, which is illegal and unsafe.
